Company No. 17330951 · United Kingdom

In this document

1. Book through the Agency

Send all new shifts, recurring schedules, future availability requests and material changes to the Agency. Do not privately book contractors or place them on a future rota and tell us afterwards. Accepting one assignment does not mean accepting another.

2. Keep commercial changes with the Agency

Do not privately negotiate rates, additional paid work, bonuses or future Agency assignments. Discuss material role changes with the Agency first. If you booked a waiter and need a kitchen porter instead, the Agency must offer the change and obtain the contractor's acceptance.

3. Communicate normally during service

You may discuss tables, customers, reservations, menus, allergens, venue layout, equipment, access, hygiene, security and the required service result. For a designated No-SDC assignment, do not treat the arrangement as giving you a general contractual right to control how ordinary professional services are performed within the agreed scope.

4. Put safety first

Intervene immediately where reasonably necessary for health and safety, food safety, customer protection, security, emergencies or legal compliance.

5. Agree additional hours

Contact the Agency when materially more hours are needed. For an immediate practical extension at the end of a shift, notify the Agency as soon as reasonably possible and ensure the contractor is genuinely willing to continue. Additional future hours are not compulsory.

6. Report concerns

You may address immediate practical issues directly. Send the facts of formal complaints, requests for replacement or requests that a contractor not return to the Agency.

7. Discuss direct engagement first

Tell the Agency before finalising direct employment or engagement. The Agency will explain the £300 transfer fee and 8-week Extended Hire alternative where applicable under the full Terms and law.

8. Keep accurate records

Do not conceal Agency work, extra shifts, role changes or direct-engagement arrangements. Answer working-practice reviews accurately so the Agency has a factual record of how assignments operate.
